Read the Contract!

We have found that the best client is a well-informed client.  We want you to know exactly what we do, and also what we do not or cannot do. 

So take some time now to read the contract that you will be asked to sign before the inspector begins with you. It clearly explains what the service entails and is a great opportunity to review the document when you are not in a hurry.

If you are coming late to the inspection (or if you just want to save some time at the beginning), then you should print out two copies, sign them and bring them with you.
