If we inspect your home or condo and you are not 100% satisfied with our inspection – you pay absolutely nothing for the inspection.
In my 24 years in the Building Inspection Business, I've heard so many stories about incompetent inspectors - these fly-by-nighters come and go. I feel sorry for the buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.
I'm so confident in our inspections that I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is.
You see, I understand this is an important step in your life. This guarantee is just one more way to demonstrate my desire and commitment to meet and exceed your expectations. Also, I want to ensure you have an enjoyable real estate experience.
Owner Frank Gruszewski, RHI
"At Blueprint Building Inspections, I offer a simple, no weasel words guarantee...
Attend your Greater Toronto Area building inspection, and if for any reason you're not satisfied with the "Quality" of the inspection service, tell the inspector before receiving your report and we'll either make it right, or you don't pay the inspection fee! "
A Cheap Inspection is the Most Expensive Thing you can buy...
Looking for the cheapest price?
Is it wise to find a building inspector who will work for a few dollars less when making such an important purchase?
It is not prudent to spend less on the inspection when the house is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. The inspection fee is a drop in the bucket of your transaction, but one of the most important steps.
With 24 years of home inspection experience, we do not compete based on price - you are paying for our experience and knowledge. Malcom Gladwell is right - it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert and we are experts!
Value Added is just a Buzz-Word Phrase!
WE ARE MORE VALUABLE!
Who else provides a warranty AND a money-back satisfaction guarantee?!?
Who else encourages your phone calls and provides unlimited support?!?
We have total commitment to you, and try to delight every client every time out.
Plus, quite simply, we are thorough and not likely to miss things.

"I recently purchased a condo in Toronto and not knowing what to look for during my PDI, I contacted Blueprint Building Inspections Inc. and spoke with Frank Gruszewski. Frank came the day of our PDI and took thorough notes, asking many questions of the PDI representative supplied by the builder. On the day of our inspection, the PDI representative took notes that were vague in the explanations of our deficiencies. On the other hand, Frank from Blueprint had very organized and detailed notes. During our inspection, Frank also informed us about what to watch for when buying a new home. Following our PDI, we went to conciliation with the Tarion Home Warranty group and the builder. After reviewing our PDI inspection notes, Tarion found that there were a few things missing and incomplete. We immediately provided our Blueprint inspection report to the Tarion representatives. The judgement from Tarion came in our favour - the builder was to correct all the deficiencies. The Blueprint Inspection notes played a major role in their decision. Without Blueprint and Frank's notes along with his attention to detail, we would have had to pay for the deficiencies the builder created. I recommend Blueprint to all my friends interested in buying a new home. Frank was so dedicated to us as a customer that he was willing to come to our conciliation meeting for support. Buying new can be very stressful but with Blueprint on our side it made it all much better. Thank you for all your support and continued dedication to seeing the job through." Mario Biasucci, Mutual Street, Toronto, ON "Frank, thanks for the follow-up. My client was really happy with you, and is looking forward to taking possession of his home in January. You were very professional & personal and I will definitely keep you in mind next time I am asked to recommend a home inspector. Hope to see you again sometime soon." K.J. Lork, Re/Max
“Frank Gruszewski of Blueprint Home Inspections has inspected countless homes for my buyers over the years. Every client has commented on how pleased they are with his services. His knowledge of construction and repair is second to none and his approach clearly shows that this is not just "book knowledge". He is always very professional and extremely thorough in all aspects of the inspection. Frank takes his time and happily answers any questions a client may have from the first time home owner to the elderly downsizer. An added bonus that no other home inspector offers is that his clients may call him anytime down the road for advice or suggestions to remedy a situation. This speaks volumes for his commitment to his clients. Thanks for all your hard work Frank - I'd be lost without you.” Mary-Anne Field, Prudential Town Centre Realty (Oakville)
You receive a written report in a pdf format, sent as a downloadable link. You can download it again years after the inspection if you need a new copy.
The report is specifically tailored to your building. You do not want to read about log homes, for example, unless it applies to you. With our system, there is no need to wade through pages of a thick book to find the information you want. It is written clearly with limited technical jargon so that anyone can understand it. No codes to decipher or look up - it is all right there in front of you.
Verbal Report
The inspector will give you a guided tour of the property, describing components and pointing out items in need of repair. This is your best opportunity to understand what you are facing in the first few years of owning your new home.
We highly recommend that you attend your home inspection so that you are able to clearly see any issues that arise.
And hey, if you have any questions, shoot us an email or make a quick call - we are available to you forever!
